The wedge / spacer for PVC base bead profiles is a practical shimming plate used to correct differences in height and flatness between the load-bearing wall and the base profile. These spacers prevent deformation of the profile and ensure perfect alignment during installation, even on uneven substrates.
Thanks to the distinctive "snowman" shape, each wedge can be used without issue with any standard screw, guaranteeing fast and error-free installation. Furthermore, each thickness features its own color coding, making the correct shimming plate immediately recognizable on site. Additional reinforcing ribs ensure stability and long-term reliability during and after installation.
These wedges are ideal for the correct positioning of PVC base profiles in ETICS/EWI facade insulation systems and are supplied in boxes of 50 pieces.
