The adjustable plinth profile system 60–320 mm is a modular combination system of PVC starter and finishing profiles, developed for a perfect, durable, and water-safe connection at the plinth level in ETICS facade systems. Each combination consists of two high-quality profiles of 2 meters in length, where the rear starter profile ensures precise alignment of the insulation boards and the front finishing profile with integrated drip nose ensures optimal water drainage and a clean plaster finish.
Thanks to three configurations – LW-L 050 + LW-206-080, LW-L 100 + LW-206-080, and LW-L 160 + LW-206-180 – this system covers a complete range from 60 mm to 320 mm insulation thickness. This makes it suitable for a wide variety of facade renovations and new construction applications with different thicknesses of EPS, XPS, mineral wool, or PIR.
The system is manufactured from rigid PVC according to DIN 16941, is flame-retardant (B1 according to DIN 4102), and fully UV-resistant, guaranteeing a long service life and stability. The integrated fiberglass mesh and the optimal mesh layer overlap ensure a strong and crack-free embedding in the plaster. The pronounced drip nose eliminates capillary action and protects the plinth zone against moisture penetration.
