1. 1 TECHNICAL DATA SHEET REABILITA CAL MP NATURAL HYDRAULIC LIME MACRO - PORO US SALT AC C UMULA TION MORTAR 1. DESCRIPTION REABILITA CAL MP is a dry mortar, exclusively formulated from Natural Hydraulic Lime. It incorporates carefully selected siliceous and calcareous aggregates and additions, having particular properties of thixotropy, adhesion, chemical resistanc e , permeabili ty to water vapo ur and durability particularly adapted to the execu tion of dehumidified renders indoors and outdoors . REABILITA CAL MP is intended for projected a p plica tion but it may be ap pli ed manual ly . 2. FIELD OF USE REABILITA CAL MP is a ma cro - poro us mortar with high permeabili ty to water vapo u r, for the treatment of old masonry walls having u prising damp and hygroscopic salts. It was specially designed for the maintenance and rehabilitation of buildings, and it is intended for the co vering of old masonry . REABILITA CAL MP may be applied on cera mic brick or stone masonry . The exclusive use of the Natural Hydraulic Lime binder and its special c omposi tion results in excel l ent compatibili ty with old substrate s, where in addition to the ph ysical and mechanical compatibility, the high chemical compatibility stands out . 3. PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS Powdered product Val ue Standard Gr anulometry < 3,5 mm - Paste product Val ue Standard Mixing water 19 ± 1,0 % - Theoretical consumption 12,0 kg/m2/cm - Hardened Product Val ue Standard Compressive strength Class CS I EN 1015 - 11 Adhesion to brick and block / Mode of fracture ≥ 0,2 MPa / B EN 1015 - 12

3. 3 TECHNICAL DATA SHEET REABILITA CAL MP NATURAL HYDRAULIC LIME MACRO - PORO US SALT AC C UMULA TION MORTAR When applying REABILITA CAL MP reinforcements in traction areas should be made , especially in the transition between diff erent materials of the substrate , blind’s spaces , c orners , angles of openings and thin pan els , with the ISOVIT REDE 115 glass fibre mesh . For better results , walls should be treated on both side s. Once REABILITA CAL MP render is finished , l evel the fin al surface with the cu rrent trowel process, thus prepar ing the surface to rece ive the finish . REABILITA CAL MP is not in itself a finish for walls, and so it should be carried out according to the desired texture, with the corresponding product, such as RE ABILITA CAL AC . Seeing that there are specific situations in each rehabilitation work, our Technical Services should be consulted when selecting the products . d) Restri ctions REABILITA CAL MP should not be applied at room and substrate temperatures below 5 °C and above 30 °C. It has a curing period of 28 days . In hot and/or dry weather or when substrate s are directly expo sed to sunlight , the substrate should be previously wetted and application should only be started when it is dry . Under these conditions daily wat ering of the surfaces should be carried out, for one week, so as to keep renders permanently moist . Application in the presence of strong winds may cause render cracking. In such case, walls should be protected so as to minimize the effects of wind action . e) Complementary Advices The mixing water should be free of any impurities (clays, organic matter) and drinking water should be preferably used; No mortar that has exceeded its open time should be applied. Do not soften mortars by adding water after prep aration; Do not add any other products to the mortar. REABILITA CAL MP should be applied as it is shown in its original packaging . 5. PACKAGING AND VALIDITY Packaging 25 kg paper bags in plasticized pallets of 60 bags Valid ity 12 months provided the co nditions of the original packaging remain unaltered and in good storage conditions, protected from extreme temperature and humidity .

2. 2 TECHNICAL DATA SHEET REABILITA CAL MP NATURAL HYDRAULIC LIME MACRO - PORO US SALT AC C UMULA TION MORTAR Modulus of elasticity 2150 - 2550 N/mm2 BS 1881 - 5 Density 1350 ± 150 kg/m3 EN 1015 - 10 Permeability to water vapour μ ≤ 15 EN 1015 - 19 Water penetration after capillarity test < 5,0 mm EN 1015 - 18 Reaction to fire Class A1 EN 988 - 1 Thermal conductivity 0,45 W/(m.K) (P=50%) NP EN 1745 4. A P PLICA TION a) Substrate preparation First of all, c omplete removal of the old render should be carried out leaving the wall bare, pro viding for its ventilation . At this stage it is essential to remove all the plasters affected by u prising damp and s alts in the whole panel or at least up to 50 cm above the degrad ed area . The most appropriate removal methodologies should be used so as not to damage the existing wall. The entire area to be repaired should be brushed, removing disaggregated materials, salts and dust and removing the presence of microorganisms such as lichens and mosses. In case of irregular masonry , before render ap plica tion , fill irregulari tie s with REABILITA CAL MP an d leave to dry . b) Mortar preparation REABILITA CAL MP should be mix ed in projection equip ment with pre - mixing of the product . In machines without automatic dosing of water , mix REABILITA CAL MP in the propor tion of 4,5 to 5,0 litre s of water pe r 25 kg bag . In machines with automatic dosing of water, adjust the mi nim um water flow that allows good workability . c) A p plica tion A p pl y REABILITA CAL MP manually or by projection according to standard render application techniques . REABILITA CAL MP should be appl ied in a thickness between 2 and 3 cm, to ensure a generous salt accumulation thickness. Never apply in thicknesses of less than 1 cm.
